Savannah Nutritionist Deborah Crespo

Meet Deborah | Calendar of Events

Deborah Crespo is Nutrition and Wellness Coach and Registered Dietitian specializing in weight management, disease prevention, and lifestyle approaches that promote health and wellbeing.  She started her company, P.H.A.B. Nutrition, Inc., with the purpose of assisting others in making the transition from “diet and health confusion” to Positive Healthy Approaches to Better Nutrition.

Prior to becoming a nutrition professional, Deborah worked in the hospitality industry where she personally experienced the effects of stress and an unbalanced lifestyle.  Deborah quickly realized that she needed to make a change in her "health" style and found the answer in nutrition.  The benefits she experienced by incorporating natural wellness approaches, nutrition, fitness and healthy supplementation led her to become a Dietitian and Coach. She began training and development as an Intrinsic Coach®, shortly after entering into private practice, where she realized coaching was the best way to expand her client's thinking about life, choices, and reaching their goals. She is currently a Coach Mentor for Totally Coached, Inc. where she develops others in the Intrinsic Coaching® methodology.

Deborah offers a variety of services to support her client’s needs including individual consultations, coaching sessions, and presentations to companies and organizations.  She is also partnered with Savannah Integrative Medicine in Savannah, Georgia.  In early 2009 she released the book and wellness journal, Health & Wellness Style:  The Smart Woman’s Guide to Balance, Wellness and the Enjoyment of Food

As a Dietitian and Nutrition Coach, Deborah successfully guides her clients on the journey to stop trying and start living a full abundant life.   As your accountability partner, she will share with you a philosophy of food as a natural, healthy, enjoyable part of optimal wellness.  Most importantly, you will be inspired to explore and create changes that make sense and fit into your real life.
